Welcome to VisionworksH. These Terms govern use of visionworkslife.xin and related checkout services operated by Alamo Ridge Optical LLC. Using the shop means you agree to these Terms.

1. Account terms

1.1 Eligibility. You must be 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Account responsibility. Keep your password private. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used the account.

2. General conditions

2.1 Right to refuse. We may refuse an order when stock, fraud checks, or shipping limits require it.

2.2 Accuracy. We work to keep titles, photos, and prices correct. If a listing is wrong, we will cancel or correct the order and email you.

2.3 Modifications. Prices and catalog contents can change. We are not liable for a price that later moves on a product you did not purchase.

3. Products and services

Some items exist only online and in limited quantity. Returns follow the Returns & Exchanges page. Frame and contact-lens names describe the product on the page. VisionworksH does not provide medical advice or in-person eye exams through this website.

4. Checkout and payment

Totals are in U.S. dollars. Card payments run through the processor shown at checkout. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Alamo Ridge Optical LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the shop. Some states do not allow those limits; in those states our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
