Our promise: straightforward returns

VisionworksH stands behind the frames and lens packs we ship. If a pair is not right, the 30-day window below is the path back.

Shipping on the way to you

Qualifying orders ship free, as shown in the header. No minimum is required when the offer is live.

30-day return window

• 30 calendar days from the day the carrier marks the order delivered.
• Items should be unused and in the original packaging with tags and lens boxes intact.
• Opened contact-lens boxes cannot be restocked for hygiene reasons, unless we sent the wrong SKU.

How to start

1. Email [email protected] with the order number and a short note about the return.
2. We reply with the return address and packing steps.
3. Ship the item back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we made the error.

Refunds

Once we inspect the return, the purchase price goes back to the original payment method. Carrier timing is usually 5–10 business days after we issue it.
