Shipping

VisionworksH packs from San Antonio, Texas and aims to get the carton moving without extra fees on qualifying orders.

Processing time. Most orders leave in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Order confirmation. You get an email as soon as checkout completes.
Shipping notification. A second email carries the tracking number once the box is with the carrier.

Weekend and holiday orders start processing on the next business day.

The header states the current free-shipping offer. There is no extra handling line at checkout when the order qualifies.

Use the number in the ship-notice email. If tracking stalls for more than two business days after a scan, write [email protected] with the order ID.

P.O. boxes. We can ship to a P.O. box; transit can run a little longer.
Customs. International buyers are responsible for duties or import fees charged by the destination country.
Address accuracy. A wrong address can bounce the carton. Confirm the line at checkout.
